RAG Thresholds

Configuring Thresholds (PMO/Admin)

1. Navigate to Settings > RAG Thresholds
2. Adjust thresholds for:
   • Budget variance — Amber and Red percentages
   • Schedule delay — days
   • Risk score thresholds
   • Progress warning and critical thresholds
3. Save to apply across all projects in the organisation

Testing Thresholds

To verify thresholds are working: change Budget Variance Red from 20% to 5%, save, and refresh Predictive. More projects will flip to Critical. Restore to 20% to revert. Takes 5 seconds, no data changes.
