Interactive Gantt Chart v3.1

The Interactive Gantt provides drag-and-drop project scheduling with dependency management.

What You See

Horizontal timeline with configurable scale (day / week / month)
Each task rendered as a horizontal bar from start date to end date
Milestone markers (diamond shapes) on milestone dates
Dependency arrows between linked tasks
Critical path tasks highlighted in coral/red
Today line (vertical dashed line)
Baseline bars (thin gray lines below actual bars — toggle on/off)

Interactions

Drag task bar horizontally → reschedule (updates start/end dates, recalculates dependents)
Drag task bar edges → resize duration
Drag from task edge to another task → create dependency
Right-click dependency arrow → change type (FS/SS/FF/SF), set lag, delete
Click task name → inline edit
Click empty space → create new task at that date
Double-click task bar → open task detail panel

Scale: Day | Week | Month
Filter: Critical path only | By assignee | By status
Baseline: Show/hide baseline comparison
Zoom: Fit to screen | Zoom in | Zoom out

Tier Availability

Interactive Gantt editing is available on Professional and Enterprise tiers. Lite tier users see a read-only Gantt view.
