WBS Generator

The WBS Generator creates a 3-level Work Breakdown Structure from a scope description.

When to Use

When you have a scope paragraph that needs to become an Epic → Feature → Task tree to seed your project plan.

How to Use

1. Click the WBS Generator tab under AI Pillars
2. Enter the project name
3. Describe the scope in 2-3 sentences. Be explicit about duration and budget:

   "Replace MPSJ's complaints portal. Mobile + web + WhatsApp. 12-category auto-triage. PDPA audit. LDAP SSO. 9 months. RM 2.8M budget."

4. Click Analyze (typical latency: 15-70 seconds)

What You Get

A hierarchical structure:

• Epic (1.0) → Feature (1.1) → Task (1.1.1)
• Each item has: WBS code, title, type, description, estimated days

Expect 30-50 items for a typical scope. Use this as a starting skeleton — trim, rename, and split before importing into your real plan.

WARNING

Outputs are scratchpad — copy or screenshot anything you want to keep. Long scopes may take up to 70 seconds.
