Project Settings

Each project has a Settings tab where you can configure project-specific options.

General Settings

• Project Name and ID — editable by PM and Admin
• Owner and Sponsor — reassign project ownership
• Methodology — Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid
• Status — Active, On Hold, Completed, Cancelled

Dates and Budget

• Start Date / End Date — schedule boundaries
• Budget Baseline — the approved budget amount
• Changes to dates or budget automatically capture a new baseline snapshot

Team

• Assign and remove team members
• Set the primary PM
• Configure viewer access
