Your First Login

1. Enter your email and password on the login page
2. If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
3. You will be directed to your dashboard

Your dashboard loads automatically based on your role:

• PMO users see the full portfolio dashboard with KPI summary cards, RAG distribution, critical alerts, and AI-generated portfolio insights
• PM users see their assigned projects with RAG status, upcoming deadlines, and quick action buttons
