Open Predictive from the navigation bar. This page uses real math — no AI — so the question is whether your org has entered the data to compute on.
What You See
- Total Budget — sum of budget baselines across active projects
- Total Spend — sum of monthly actuals logged, with percentage of budget consumed
- Average Burn Rate — total spend ÷ total budget (portfolio level)
- At Risk — count of projects projected to overshoot budget at current pace
- Project Burn Rates table — per project: actual / monthly burn / projected variance / status
Empty Data?
If cells show "—" or "no data," the organisation hasn't logged monthly spend yet. Three feeders populate the data:
- Manual entry — open the project → Financial tab → add a monthly entry
- Approved timesheets — hours × rate card auto-rolls into monthly totals
- Approved expenses — receipts auto-roll the same way
Get those three habits established and Predictive becomes accurate automatically.
