Resource Board v3.1

The Resource Board provides a visual overview of team workload with drag-and-drop reassignment.

What You See

• Left column — team member cards with photo/avatar, name, role, and workload bar
• Main area — per-member row showing assigned tasks as cards on a weekly timeline
• Workload bar colour: green (<80%), amber (80-100%), red (>100% — overallocated)

Interactions

• Drag a task card from one member to another → reassignment with confirmation
• Click a member → expand to see: skills, weekly capacity, availability, project assignments

Portfolio View

The portfolio-level Resource Board (/resources) shows all team members across all projects. Filter by project, team, or department. Identifies shared resources with combined workload.

Tier Availability

The full Resource Board with drag-drop is available on Enterprise tier. Professional tier users see a read-only workload summary.
