PDF and DOCX Export v3.0

Export your documents for distribution, printing, or archival.

PDF Export

1. Click Export → PDF on the document toolbar
2. The PDF is rendered server-side via pdfkit
3. Uploaded to DigitalOcean Spaces and a download link is returned
4. PDF preserves headings, lists, tables, and basic formatting
5. Footer includes version ID and organisation name

DOCX Export

1. Click Export → DOCX on the document toolbar
2. The .docx file is generated via the docx library
3. Opens in Microsoft Word, LibreOffice, Google Docs
4. Preserves the same formatting as PDF export
5. Footer includes version ID and organisation name

Large Documents

Documents with 50+ sections may take a few seconds to export. The system handles this gracefully — you'll see a progress indicator.
