The AI Assistant is a conversational chatbot that answers questions about your portfolio and projects in English or Bahasa Malaysia.

Accessing the Assistant

Click Assistant in the top navigation bar. The chat interface opens with conversation history.

What You Can Ask

Portfolio Insights (PMO):

• "What are the top risks across the portfolio?"
• "Which projects are at risk?"
• "Give me a daily briefing"
• "What decisions are pending?"

Project Insights (PM):

• "Analyze the risks for project X"
• "What is the current budget variance?"
• "Summarize the project status"
• "What milestones are overdue?"

Status Updates:

• "Update the status for project X"
• The assistant guides you through a conversational update process

Language Support

The assistant responds in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. It automatically detects the language of your message and responds in kind.
