PM360 dashboards require project data to display. A new organisation has no projects, no financial data, and no AI activity yet.

How to Fix It

1. Create a project — Creating a Project
2. Enter financial data — Setting Up Budgets
3. Log time — Timesheets
4. Add RAID items — Adding Risks and Issues

Once data exists, dashboards populate automatically. AI insights appear after the first status update.
