Version History and Diff v3.0

Every document save creates a new version. PM360 maintains the complete history and provides a visual diff viewer.

Viewing History

1. Click History on the document toolbar
2. See a chronological list of all versions with timestamps and authors
3. AI-generated versions are marked with an AI badge

Comparing Versions

1. Select any two versions from the history
2. The diff viewer highlights changes at the block level:
   • Added blocks (green)
   • Removed blocks (red)
   • Changed blocks (amber)
3. Blocks include paragraphs, headings, list items, and table cells

Restoring a Version

1. Click Restore on any historical version
2. The current content is preserved as a new version first (no data loss)
3. The restored content becomes the current working version
