Approvals

Work items and documents can be sent through an approval workflow.

Requesting Approval

  1. On any work item, click Request Approval
  2. Select the approver from the team list
  3. Add notes explaining what's being approved
  4. Click Send for Approval

Approving or Rejecting

The approver receives a notification and can:

  • Approve — the item status advances
  • Reject — with comments explaining why; the item returns to the creator

Anti-Rubber-Stamp Guardrails

For documents and AI-generated items, PM360 enforces meaningful review:

  • A pre-assessment field (minimum 30 characters) is required before approving or rejecting
  • Time gates ensure minimum review duration before buttons activate
  • These guardrails ensure governance oversight is genuine, not ceremonial
