AI-Guided Project Setup

The AI-Guided Setup creates a project through a conversational wizard powered by Claude.

How It Works

1. Click New Project > AI-Guided Setup
2. Select a governance profile:
   • Standard IT — typical ICT project with full PPrISA alignment
   • Infrastructure — physical + ICT hybrid
   • Quick Win — lightweight governance for small initiatives
3. The AI asks about your project scope, objectives, stakeholders, timeline, and budget
4. Based on your answers, it generates a draft project charter
5. Review the charter — edit any fields before confirming
6. Click Create Project to finalise

TIP

The AI-Guided Setup is particularly useful for PMs who are new to PM360 or starting a project type they haven't managed before. The governance profile pre-configures appropriate thresholds and templates.
