Understanding the Dashboard
After login, your dashboard loads automatically based on your role.
PMO Dashboard (Full Portfolio)
The PMO dashboard provides a portfolio-wide view:
- KPI Summary Cards — total projects, total investment, RAG distribution (Green/Amber/Red), open risk count
- RAG Distribution Chart — visual breakdown of project health
- Critical Alerts Panel — governance alerts requiring immediate attention
- High-Risk Projects Table — projects in Red or Amber status with key issues
- AI Insights — AI-generated portfolio observations and recommendations
PM Dashboard (My Projects)
Project managers see a focused view:
- My Projects — list of assigned projects with RAG status badges
- Quick Actions — update status, view RAID items, check milestones
- Upcoming Deadlines — milestones and tasks approaching due dates
- AI Assistant — project-specific insights and recommendations
Executive Dashboard
Available to PMO users, providing:
- Portfolio KPI cards with sparkline trends
- Project health heat map (schedule vs budget vs scope)
- Top risks panel sorted by severity
- Pending decisions panel
- KPI trend charts with configurable time range
RAG Status
