Adding Risks and Issues

Creating a RAID Item

1. Navigate to the project RAID tab
2. Click Add Risk, Add Assumption, Add Issue, or Add Dependency
3. Fill in:
   • Title and Description
   • Impact (1-5) and Probability (1-5) for Risks
   • Owner and Status
   • Mitigation strategy
4. Click Save
5. The system calculates the risk score (Impact × Probability) and severity level
