Rate Cards

Rate cards define hourly cost and billing rates per role. They are used to calculate costs from timesheet entries.

Setting Up a Rate Card (PMO/Admin)

1. Navigate to Financials > Rate Cards
2. Click Create Rate Card
3. Enter: name, currency (default MYR), and effective date
4. Add role rates (e.g., Developer: RM 150/hour cost, RM 200/hour bill)
5. Assign the rate card to one or more projects

When team members log time against a project, the rate card automatically calculates cost and billable amounts.
