Rate Cards
Rate cards define hourly cost and billing rates per role. They are used to calculate costs from timesheet entries.
Setting Up a Rate Card (PMO/Admin)
- Navigate to Financials > Rate Cards
- Click Create Rate Card
- Enter: name, currency (default MYR), and effective date
- Add role rates (e.g., Developer: RM 150/hour cost, RM 200/hour bill)
- Assign the rate card to one or more projects
When team members log time against a project, the rate card automatically calculates cost and billable amounts.
