Quality Gate Checklists

Quality gate milestones have structured checklists that must be completed before the milestone can be accepted.

Managing the Checklist

1. On a gate milestone, click Manage Checklist
2. Populate from a template or add custom checklist items
3. Mark items as mandatory where required
4. Check off completed items as work progresses

Readiness Assessment

The readiness assessment shows:

• Completion percentage of all checklist items
• List of outstanding mandatory items (blockers)
• Whether the milestone is ready for acceptance
