Quick Setup Wizard v3.1
The Setup Wizard appears on first login for new organisations. It guides you through four steps to get productive immediately.
Step 1: About Your Organisation
- Organisation name (pre-filled from registration)
- Industry: Government / Construction / IT / Consulting / Other
- Team size: 1-10 / 11-50 / 51-200 / 200+
- Language preference: English / Bahasa Malaysia / Both
Step 2: Create Your First Project
- Enter a project name
- Set start and end dates
- Set a budget (optional — skip if unknown)
- Click Create Project
Step 3: Invite Your Team
- Add email addresses of team members
- Assign roles: PM / Member / Viewer
- Click Send Invitations (or skip for later)
Step 4: You're Ready!
- Dashboard preview showing your created project
- Quick links to: Add milestones, Set up RAID, Try the AI Assistant
- Optional 2-minute guided tour of the interface

The wizard shows only once per organisation. If dismissed, it won't appear again. All actions can be done manually at any time.
