Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your PM360 account.

Enabling 2FA

1. Navigate to Settings > Security
2. Click Enable 2FA
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator)
4. Enter the 6-digit verification code to confirm
5. Save your backup codes in a secure location

Backup codes

If you lose access to your authenticator app, backup codes are the only way to recover your account. Store them securely — they cannot be viewed again after initial setup.

Disabling 2FA

Navigate to Settings > Security and click Disable 2FA. You will need to enter a current 2FA code to confirm.

If you've lost your authenticator and backup codes, contact your organisation admin to reset 2FA via a support ticket.
