AI Drafting v3.0

PM360's AI drafting uses Claude to generate document sections with configurable coverage levels.

How to Use

1. Open your document in the editor
2. Click Draft with AI in the toolbar
3. Select a coverage preset:
   • Minimal — outline-level content, fastest (~15s), lowest token cost
   • Standard — balanced coverage (recommended)
   • Thorough — full prose with examples, most comprehensive
4. Optionally add a section hint (e.g. "focus on non-functional requirements for a PBT e-payment system")
5. Click Generate

Live Status Panel

During generation, a live status panel shows:

• "Generating… (3 of 9 sections)" with a progress bar
• Live count: "4 sections produced so far · 12s elapsed"
• On completion: emerald success card with "Open AI Review Queue →" link
• On failure: rose error card with the specific reason and a diagnosis hint

AI Draft Status

Every AI-generated section enters AI Draft status. It is NOT published until a human validates it. Each section creates a new document version with an aiReasoningLogId reference so reviewers can audit the prompt, source facts, and confidence score.

Trust Layer

All AI drafting passes through PM360's Trust Layer. No raw Claude API calls. Every generation has a reasoning chain, confidence score, and source attribution logged for audit.
