When AI tools don't work as expected, here's how to diagnose and fix the issue.

| Output cut mid-sentence | Token cap hit on very long input | Trim input or split into two calls |
| "No sections extracted" | Document has no headings or is empty | Check document content; ensure headings exist for section detection |
Circuit Breaker
PM360 uses circuit breakers on AI calls. If the Claude API fails repeatedly, the circuit opens and AI features temporarily disable. Check System Health for current AI service status.
